Show actions on hover for grouped action
Action names are now displayed on hover! However, for grouped actions, the sub-actions should appear directly on hover instead of requiring a click, and the grouped action name should not be shown; alternatively, the name could be shown on the opposite side of the list so it does not overlap with the first action in the group.
