ActionClip causes scroll bars to jitter in macOS Sequoia 15.7.7
Running ActionClip causes the macOS scroll bar to jitter and dance, regardless of whether it's set to 'Automatically based on mouse or trackpad', 'When scrolling', or 'Always'. See: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/0cc-flwTJhmHD0hPhdD2Z6uZQ

An update: While trying to troubleshoot further, I was alternating between ActionClip and PopClip, and the jitters do not happen when I have both PopClip and ActionClip running. To clarify, the above bug happens when only ActionClip is running.
